Yoga Nidra automatically synchronizes the Yoga Nidra system time Yoga Nidra with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) time servers. It uses Coordinated Universal Time from the national time scale UTC(NIST) and sets the correct time according to your local time zone. Yoga Nidra runs as a Windows Service to insure synchronization occurs on a regular basis. Yoga Nidra also includes a Yoga Nidra Update module to insure the latest updates and NIST server lists are received. Version 3.1.2122.17298 adds language support: Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish and Russian languages are now supported. Replaced LiveUpdate module with new and improved LiveUpdate module; flashing system tray icon when Yoga Nidra service is stopped; About menu section for easier access to version number.
